The Process

To initiate a case with Faveo Paralegals all you have to do is send us an email or give us a call. A member of our team will then contact you to discuss the case and to request the information necessary to complete the case. Please note that payments for all cases are due when the case is sent to us (we will email you our Credit Card Form once you have initiated a case with us).

Once your case is ready, Faveo Paralegals will e-mail you all of the required US CIS/DOL/DOS forms in editable PDF file format. We will send the supporting and cover letters in Microsoft Word file format. You can then simply print the prepared case, attach the listed filing fees and supporting documents, and forward to the appropriate government authority listed on the included cover letter.
